The delivery schedules for each individual item are clearly listed on our product pages and are intended as a guide only and relate to the average delivery period for that particular supplier, all timeframes stated are to be taken as working days.
Most of our items are delivered to UK mainland addresses free of charge, where there are any exceptions these will be clearly highlighted in the basket section. Orders under £50.00 will always incur a £4.00 delivery charge. All prices stated are inclusive of VAT.
Please provide us with at least one contact number and ensure that any orders placed using PayPal or Amazon as a payment method has all your most up to date details as certain carriers will contact you to arrange delivery and failure to provide a correct contact number may result in unnecessary delays with delivery.
Unfortunately we are unable at present to deliver outside of UK Mainland, should you wish us to deliver your item to a UK port address for you to arrange your own onward shipping then please let us know – however we are unable to accept any liability from the point when the goods are delivered to the UK delivery address. Please contact us for more information.
It is important to note that delivery of larger items will be to kerbside, some of our garden furniture ranges are delivered fully assembled or in large boxes, customer are advised not to assist with the off-loading of goods. Many delivery companies (but not all) will help to move items beyond the kerbside but they are not at liberty to do so. Once your goods have been delivered they become your responsibility. Where goods are delivered on a pallet the delivery company will not usually take away any excess wood or packaging once the delivery is complete. Please keep all packaging until you know you are 100% happy with the goods.
Where a product states next day delivery this is usually if ordered before 12 noon and if an order is placed after 12 noon on a Friday or over the weekend then the goods will usually be delivered the following Tuesday. Orders received over a bank holiday weekend will usually be delivered the following Wednesday. Most of our carriers do not offer a weekend delivery service and delivery slots may be from 8am – 6pm on the stated delivery day, it is not always possible to obtain a more specific delivery time.
Please note that no deliveries are made between Christmas and New Year, please contact us for delivery cut off periods or if you require further information.
In the Unlikely event that you wish to return your items, they will need to be unopened and all packaging is required for a collection of the goods to take place, if the packaging is not present then the delivery companies are not at liberty to collect the goods.
Non-faulty items that are returned will usually incur a returns charge and must be returned to our premises or an address of our choosing within 14 days of purchase and must include all packaging, fixings and instructions. Once the goods are received back in good condition a refund will then be processed. If we are required to collect the goods then there will be a carriage cost, please contact us for more information.
We accept no responsibility for consequential loss caused to the buyer for the receiving by us or our agents of faulty goods please insure goods that are returned to us as the liability for goods whilst in transit is yours.
